As for some time in the middle of 20th century, Quinta de la Rosa supplied grapes to Sandeman for production of the Rebello Valente vintage ports; we have therefore extended the tasting to include some vintages from QdlR during that era.

The last (sob sob) of a full case from a Christie's auction some years ago. All the other bottles were pretty good, so high hopes for this one...

I am also pleased to confirm that Sophia Bergqvist of Quinta de la Rosa will be joining us as our industry guest; this is particularly appropriate as for some time in the middle of 20th century, Quinta de la Rosa supplied grapes to Sandeman for production of the Rebello Valente vintage ports.

Please re-confirm your wish/ability to attend now that the date has been set (final costs not confirmed, depends on numbers and hence number of bottles, though expected to be similar to previous vertical tastings).
