RV66. Red orange, 25% opaque. Light, hollow, not a proper ʼ66. The key adjective is for me, hollow.

25% opacity, mature red, orange rim. red fruit, cranberries. Mature port, sweetness, red fruits. Initially good structure, some flabbiness then appearing. Not as robust as would be expected of a '66.

Mature red, little brick tone; 50% opaque. Soapy nose, fruit but also lots of washing up liquid. Balanced on the palate with mature fruit and a gentle biscuitiness underneath the dominant fruit. A nice violet edge to the palate and also to the aftertaste; plenty of fruit, nice structure with hints of cocoa tannins on the finish. Very long, very much a young and fresh fruit style of Port. 90/100.
