A filtered LBV, bottled 1995. Full red, 60% opaque. No nose to speak of. Indeterminate but pleasant port, a bit short in the finish. An unfiltered version of this could have been really quite interesting. Tasted blind at B&F 9 January 2020. Courtesy BK.

Bottling date unknown. Gentle and mature red colour with a brick tone, 80% opaque. Some gentle baked cocktail cherry on the nose, with a nice lavender tone. Gentle entry, soft texture; light fruit with a gentle texture and ghosts of gentle dusty tannins; elegant and refined. A wonderful aftertaste of baked cherry pie and a touch of vanilla. A delightful long finish with considerable persistence. 89/100. Tasted 09-Jan-20. Decanted 4 hours.
