Ian, Will you have to order on the night either because there is no standard food order for you (Will) or your standard food order no longer exists (Ian). Those of you with standard food order starters which no longer exist will have to order on the night (Tony, Mike, Rich).
Apologies for my lack of attention to matters culinary; happily, I am not fussy and shall order when I get there. More importantly, I have got the (correct) bottles lined up and ready to go.

My bottles have just been opened (but not decanted) to Audouze gently overnight before being decanted tomorrow at breakfast.

It seems that the Warre was purchased on release in February 1997 and had the most amazing cork which I had, before checking my cellar records, thought had been recorked recently.
Top Ports in 2023: Taylor 1896 Colheita, b. 2021. A perfect Port.

2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

My apologies all, Alex has just informed me that I am on attendees list for this evening. I thought I was in the reserves so I'm still in Bristol and rather embarrassed that I didn't respond to any of the posts here.
