deep clear red, a really lovely looking wine. Nose of crushed mint leaves with a hint of cherries behind. Rich and very sweet palate of red cherry jam and spice. Lots of mint and pepper on the finish.
Good, but perhaps a little simpler on the palate than I was hoping for.
