1981 Quevedo Very Old White (bottled 2020)
From 90ml.
Looks like an elderly Sercial Madeira; translucent light chestnut.
Gloopy texture. Sultanas on nose. Bit of VA. Attractive.
Texture is deeply pleasurable. Lots of sultanas again.
Is this more sherry than port?
Dry marrons glaces on the finish.
I like it. But perhaps a little fleshy.
