Port Club Tasting - 15th April

Post by nac »

Some of you may have already received an email about this from Churchill's?

I mentioned to them that this clashes with the VWP Graham's tasting and Jamie Churchill responded:

Thank you for bringing this to my attention.

We are going to stick to this date for the general Port Club tasting but I would be very happy to host another one at a different date that suits you and any other members who may be attending Tony Carters tasting.

Please let me know a date that works for you.

Should we ask them for another date or potentially roll it up with the planned "Churchill with the Churchill's" session?

Given the Graham’s starts at 7 and the Churchill’s at 8, it is possible to do both. However, perhaps the more sensible approach is to roll it into our Churchill’s tasting.

I’ll ask Jamie if we can effectively roll the Churchill Club tasting into our TPF tasting.
Top Ports in 2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!
