A lovely bright honey-gold colour, the initial taste is quite gentle with notes of butterscotch and vanilla. The flavour builds to a full mid-palate with honey, apricots and almonds, then fades slowly for a long finish with very well-balanced acidity. Enjoyable summer drinking, perhaps.
