1994 Graham LBV Bottled 1999
T-stopper. Small amount of very fine sediment. P'n'decanted'n'poured.

Still 70% opaque.

Nose of prune, chocolate, fig and spice; and a not unpleasing hit of spirit.

On the palate congruent, figs and milk-chocolate-coated prunes - not a sweetmeat of which I am aware of a producer, but of which I would be in favour on this showing.

Fully, but not really over, mature.

This is amazingly good, actually. Two of us drank 3/4 of the bottle in 45 minutes.
