Very dark indeed.

Spicy nose.

Long finish.

Seems quite young still.

Attractive deep red with brick tones of early maturity; 90% opaque. Spiced red fruit compote on the nose. Sweet and light entry with powdery fruit; sweet icing sugar with Parma Violets and a dusting of cocoa powder. A lightweight palate but a pleasingly long candied red fruit finish. 86/100. 16-Nov-21. Decanted 5 hours.
