Half bottle. Decanted. Nose somewhat subdued on decanting. Made me nervous, as previous half consumed a month ago instantly singing.
Four hours later: alas clearly corked; the second corked wine of lunch, after a Cotat La Grande Cote 2013 Sancerre.
Why doesn't everyone move to DIAM?
