Current draft of the placemats added to first post.

The first tasting for which software made placemats was 30 Nov 2002. Before the software, there had been a hand-crafted draft set of placemats, the style of which has been echoed for this event.

I note that we appear to be missing Croft 1970 from the line-up. I have some & a bottle could be made available for Team adoption. Do we want/need this?

Charles, we disagree: I think you are wrong here. Obviously very wrong.

That tasting in Nov 2002 included Croft 1970, even though mis-abbreviated to “C70”. So we do need Croft 1970.

Yes please.

Food order please, choosing from the current menu. I will phone tomorrow to ask about the soup of the day — in response to which the B&F might ask us to choose.

Food order started.

Soup of day will be celeriac, beans, rosemary, truffle oil, cream. Or something like that.

My partner has started coming down with something (I am currently ok). I am hiding away from her as to not miss this. I cannot promise success.
