If not to late for food I would like:

Mackerel with sweet and sour beetroot, crème fraîche
sirloin steak (Black and Blue) Fries, green beans and please please béarnaise sauce

plus an ice bucket
The advance order went in on Monday. I’ll try to add your food order and Julian’s carrots on the day.

I have requested several ice buckets.

Circle order modification suggestion; if you were to swap the D63-TCz and Ck63 on the first sheet, and on the second sheet rotate the positions clockwise by one step (or just the Df66->G70, G70->Ck70, Ck70->Df66), this would keep the 66s and 70s clustered (rather than vertical) while allowing the Ck63/67/70 to appear as a horizontal set.

I set PackingNestingColumnMajor to true, which also keeps the D63s adjacent on the TN sheets.

But I also like your suggestion: will do.

Updated. Same-vintages touch. Cockburns touch. Alas, Taylors don’t. Could move ’66 column to far left, for T-touchingness.

Edit:

Phil, George,

Are you both happy to take delivery of 6 bottles of olive oil on Monday?

@ Alex - yes. But, believe I have already done so? Six more however would not be amiss.

Noval 1966 decanted 0845, left to sit for half an hour, and put in a screwcap for travel purposes, Cork came out cleanly, branded 'Berry Brothers and Rudd Ltd Quinta do Noval 1966'. QA sample very promising.

Now very very envious. What a glorious line-up.

Oh well, another glass of unspecified vinho tinto beckons…

My ETA approx. 17.00. I will amend our food order to include JDAW's carrots and CPR's meal when I arrive.

Ramos Pinto 1970 decanted at 14.00 (sadly with no chance to Audouze it first) and returned to the original bottle at 14.30. All seemed to be in order (and was delicious) when decanted.

I'll start pre-pouring when I arrive. Anyone who can arrive a little earlier would be welcome.

Df66 single decanted at 1pm (couldn’t locate a suitable cork bagging bag and so not double decanted). Looking rather tertiary but not taste tested. ETA 6.30pm ish.

That was a truly splendid evening, with number of ports of very great pleasure. I very much enjoyed Alan and Tony's very slightly differing bottles of D63 from the same case. Bottle variation is real...
