As it seems that there is uncertainty about numbers, I’ll delay reserving a room.

Would love to. But, work. So that everyone else can be on holiday.

Maybe I slightly sense some team non-availability.
Would more people (i.e., anybody other than me) be available a week later, Tuesday 30th August 2022?

Sorry…would very much like to as I am well past emergency status, but the silly season does not allow. Enjoy!

Three people now. A little unexpectedly I will be with you too (unless there is a rail strike).

Do we need a theme more detailed than “Port blind”? I intend to bring a good Port that is not old VP.

I have a bottle selected which meets the theme of “Port, blind.”
Making the theme any more specific than “Good Port, blind.” might cause me to have to change my selection.

I have a port that I believe to be good which I shall bring along blinded.
I like blind tastings.

Translation: “Have you remembered to make a reservation?” Err, I now have, at the B&F. With only three of us I have said that a table would suffice, rather than a room.
George: can you print the
placemats ?

I like decanters. If people can bring their blind in a decanter, that would be welcome.

What I trust will be a good bottle of port decanted 0800. Alas, into a screwtop Australian pinot noir bottle, rather than a decanter, as I am in the office today.

Noted. If I am able to do so without too much inconvenience, I shall.
Unless instructed otherwise, I am planning to arrive at the B&F at about 6pm.
