I'd be interested in this one, should there be a seat. What I have that is not on Tom's list (subject to confirmation; I am travelling at the minute) is Messias Cachao, Quinta de Covelos and Montebello (Douro Wine Shippers/Barros).

I would need to know solid date and time before I could commit.

It’s in the diary!

Are you looking for contributions towards the line-up?

I can comfortably bring down up to eight bottles on the day, more is a bit of a struggle, unless we have an intermediate event that I can use to drop bottles off.

Big question to decide is whether to include the Nacional or not. Whilst the tasting notes on this wine are less than impressive, there hasn't been a note on this wine for over a decade now. I have a single bottle, that I've owned for seventeen years, and is in good order with what looks like a decent colour. The wine is retailing for insane amounts, but I'm happy to let mine go for £300.

Suggest a flat fee for all other bottles - does £50 sound reasonable?

Most of our events are held at the Boot & Flogger (OpenStreetMap, google.co.uk, What3Words: cafe.humid.palace, StreetMap.co.uk, bing.com).

I am in favour of flat fee structure. I have not had the nacional but would be interested to try it.

Consensus seems to be in favour of including the NN.

Could attendees volunteer bottles for inclusion please. I will then endeavour to fill the gaps.

Davy's have emailed me asking for menu choices.

Looking at the menu it appears to have changed a little - I can't see my usual duck liver pate on the starters list..

Do they oblige our default order from their old menus or do we need to re-visit our choices?
