Wednesday 23rd November 2022

Our 1997 vs 1977 fine vintage Port tasting with Symington Family Estates is fast approaching...

Join us as Anthony & Tom Symington compare and contrast these two critically acclaimed vintages, from three of the industry’s top houses: Warre's, Graham's, Dow's.

The event takes place in a luxuriously appointed private function room at The Roe Deer; these exceptional Ports will be accompanied by delicious matching canapés and will follow a Champagne reception.

That sounds like a nice event; unfortunately not a date I can make, but it's an interesting pair of years to compare; and I've been very impressed by the W97 in particular recently. On a cheeky note, I hope they bring enough bottles of D77 ;)
