98% inky black with a glorious crimson rim
Nose of cool blue fruits with a distinct herby garrigue prickle from the aguardiente
Palate cycles from absolutely masses of blackberries at first, through blackberry and apple pie with a nice sugar-glazed shortcrust pastry, to Lindt 85% on the finish.
I'm drinking it far too young but it's great fun. And will be very nice port sixteen years hence albeit not for the super long term.
