N70. Glorious red, 50% opaque. Rich red fruit; texture soft and excellent.

Opened at 21.00, double-decanted at 23.00 and sealed with a vacu-vin. Bottled by Churton. Clean appearance, mature and 40% opaque. Dirty and unpleasant nose, perhaps a touch of TCA giving some bitterness to the palate. Not rated.
Top Ports in 2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!
