Served very cold. Deep orange centre with a green rim, 20% opaque. Soft caramel and a touch of petrol on the nose. Intense lime and lemon marmalade on the palate; huge levels of acidity and even some hints of tannin. A long, long finish of lime marmalade - a seriously impressive wine. 94/100. Decanted 6 hours.
Top Ports in 2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!
