But pray tell what the new developments will be.
The new ‘CirclifyTitles’ feature (described on the usual page) was used for a recent Madeira tasting. Note the cool vertical s-t-r-e-t-c-h-i-n-g of the titles, achieved by the code calling the TransformPath routine. But unwise if the decanter labels are to be pasted onto the back of a business card.
Personally, I find the stretching rather alarming and aggressive looking (perhaps it's the mild hangover). I am firmly a traditionalist and very much like the bold, dark and large block font that sits in the middle of the circle.

Just my personal preference.

I like the variety. This new feature extends the variants available and means that the style of tasting mat can be matched to the seriousness or otherwise of the off-line.

There are not many months left for Jdaw to produce the optimum Christmas Tasting Mat.

Now that one will have to be printed in colour...

One wants to look through glasses onto colourless stuff

Colour no problem, but IMHO unwise. One wants to look through glasses onto colourless stuff (predominantly white + black).

But surely one has to have an appropriately festive border around the tasting mat - intertwined holly leaves (including red berries) and dark green ivy perhaps.

Otherwise it could be any time of year  and Christmas just a feeble excuse to drink port.
