Oh Ben. Getting involved with the Port Forum is so dangerous. I remember when you buying 1963 VP was a pipe dream.

Now look at you. Not one; not two; but three different 1963 Vintage Ports - and all top drawer 1963 Vintage Ports too.

I am proud of you, our Port Forum Padwan.

Oky doky ... after a rather splendid evening yesterday at Tom's organisation we now have two more attendees and yet more 60/63/66 port to choose from.

I've updated the Arnold Rimmer revision sheet on the second post and corrected the double entry of Noval ... well done Charles for spotting that - I did wounder who would spot that test that I put in there .... couple more declarations from people and we can start the 'discussion' as to what producers to bring along.

Regretfully, I must back out of this tasting. Martin reserved me a spot after we talked during the Graham vertical so that I could have an opportunity to check availability, but there's just too much going on around the end of July for me to take another week-long vacation to London.

It looks like an absolutely fantastic tasting!

Even if I offer to bring the Port for our lunch again?

Apologies folks, I now cannot make this one. Darn shame, as I am sure there will be some lovely port on the table!

So with much fiddling I have chosen the ports for the evening and hopefully accommodated what everybody has.

Please check the front post to make sure I have you down as providing a port that you actually have and please shout if we have a problem.

Thanks to those who have agreed to provide two ports to make the numbers work

It should be fun as the evening is a repeat of the original tasting but with the addition of Warre’s

There are still two seats available for the evening and adoption is possible

If there is still room (which from the first post I think there might be), it's looking likely that I could make this tasting.
I have options on what I could bring, suggest W63 would seem the obvious choice given current assignments.

Could I please have soup for starter on this occasion, if the order hasn't gone in yet? (no worries if it has)

Yep - that's been tweaked but I've left the default as it was.
