Muddy red/brown with a fair amount of particles in suspension, 30% opaque. Opened 1pm and double filtered but tested, quite sharp
Left for 3 hours and tried again this time much smoother and sweeter but with a slight bitterness leading to a lovely finish
Another 2 hours and it’s gorgeous
Interesting bottle flat along one edge
Drank on the 18th July 2024 with mum who was born in 1927 – she loved it ….
