Underwent amazing transformation from gentle and quite polished to a fine-boned raspberry medley. Unprecedented transformation. Not the stuffing of its 66 counterpart but with oodles of Charm.

Warre 1960. Mature bronzed colour; 40% opaque, with a rust tone to the rim. Sweet dried red fruit on the nose; a little spice. Rather delicious. Nicely balanced on the palate; elegant with delightful fruit. So well balanced between sweetness and acidity with a long spiced fruit finish. So impressively elegant. 92/100. Tasted 23-Jul-2024.
