Hey all,
Got a bottle (0,75) of the infamous 93 vintage that I'd rather sell than drink.
Will post a picture later,
Located in the Netherlands, can ship to EU.

Messages "stuck" in our Outbox generally just mean that the intended recipient has not yet logged in to read them. phpBB doesn't finish sending a message until it can be received, so it sits there in your Outbox until that time.
But MigSU may also be right... that does sound familiar.

There are a few restrictions on newly registered users until they reach a certain post count, but nothing that should be relevant here or that should trouble normal users of this board. As far as PMs are concerned, there is a restriction that newly registered users can send PMs, but not to multiple people at the same time, to prevent new users from sending spam PMs. This should not be an issue here.
