Time to weigh in with the TN's.
Unknown bottler, half bottle with VTS level. Capsule and cork confirms T35. DIY tongs worked a treat.
Ruby centre to tawny rim.
Nose is super alive and bright: a prominent creamy strawberry note akin to mini milk ice creams, kirsh, lifted minty freshness, dried fig, liquorice, molasses.
The palate's a touch more advanced with some pokey alcohol slightly to the fore. But far from falling off a cliff. Bright, slightly medicinal cherries/kirsch, a big wave of cinnamon, cloves and black cardamom leading onto a mid+ finish of wild and dried strawberry and a continuation of the brown spices.
This remains very impressive in all departments, considering the format.
