1984 Dow Bomfim

1984 Dow Bomfim. Dark red colour, looking quite youthful; 80% opaque. A lovely warm red fruit on the nose, which is very attracive. Delicious ripe red fruit palate with hints of tannins still in the sweet red plum. Lingering raspberry and ginger finish which lasts very well. 91/100. Guess: DB84. Was: DB84.
Top 2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!

2026: DR Very Old White, Graham Stone Terraces 2011, Quevedo Branco 1986 b.2026

Good colour but pale rim. Spicy nose. Delicious ripe fruit.
