2016 Graham

Tasted at the Graham's Lodge as part of their Super Premium tasting package.
Totally opaque purple, opaque almost to the rim.
Fairly muted nose. Maybe a touch of cherry. A little mineral.
Lovely elegant entry with a load of black cherries and milk chocolate. A touch of caramel sweetness. Surprisingly elegant tannins for a 2016 - I assumed this would be very punchy given its age - which do dry out the mid palate along with a lovely jellied orange sweet note in the mid palate. Mint in the finish? Lovely and very drinkable right now. Excellent.
