The Horizontal of 1970s, definite article, was held over two days and five flights, Thursday 2^nd and Friday 3^rd October 2025, at the Boot & Flogger, as organised by Mike who was assisted by Julian.

A70: red-brown, 25% opaque; slight sourness on nose; palate very sour, simple, short, with sweetness at the end.

Reddish brown, pale rim. Nose has hint of varnish with some dusty cherries. Palate a bit acrid at first but finish pleasantly sweet.

1970 Andresen. Oporto bottled. Double decanted 9.5 hours. A mature bronze colour, 30% opaque. Muted nose, a little brassy. Soft and gentle palate, not very expressive but still rather delicious. A wine I would enjoy at home. 87/100.
