Quinta do Infantado 1995. Mature brick red, with a lot of sediment in the glass and slightly cloudy. Attractive fruit on the nose. Nice baked red fruit and rhubarb on the palate with a little birch sap bitterness. Light and elegant with the acidity powering through on the aftertaste. Lovely finish of good length, working its way through various phases. Rather lovely. 89/100.
