easily in my top 3 favorite breweries on the east coast, i went to a tasting last night at my local beer bar http://www.beertable.com/ with the owner/brewer scott.
i started in the wrong order but i think my palate can handle it.
the 2007 nor'easter was full of toffee and vanilla, resembling almost bourbon like qualities. smaller amounts of chocolate and coffee made this an amazing drink. highly recommended if you are not weak of heart.
the xtra gold tripel was like a creamy honeydew melon with gobs of juicy bubblegum mangos and apricots. easily accessable for anyone.
the fresh chester pale ale had a yeasty citrusy feel that was both floral and herbal. nice job scott.
