Hi. Im going to Germany next week, and I was having a discussion with someone about how easy it will be to find Port out there. Does anyone know? Would it be worth me taking my own?

We have some German members here so hopefully they can give you good advice. Where in Germany are you travelling to?

Flying into Berlin, a few days there and then traveling to the Saxony-Anhalt region. I imagin Berlin must have a few places we can go to. Any suggestions?

I would recommend the following shop , located in Berlin.
http://www.portwine.de/
There is also a salesroom in Berlin. Information here:

Imo one of the 3 best internetshops for Port in Germany.
In the large towns in Germany (up from 500.000 inhabitans) you will probably easily find quality Ports in salesrooms or general stores like Kaufhof. I would have some doubt that you will find a wide range of Port in cities like Magdeburg or Halle. I do live in a town in Germany with 260.000 inhabitans and in the matter of Port there is nothing doing.
The supermarkets only offer very modest bulkware.
My advice would be to stock up in Berlin.
Have a nice time in Germany!
Michael

I do agree on Michaels advice, but in the first place why would one buy Port in Berlin, what kind of Port are you looking for and as Derek already asked where exactly are you in Germany?
