Opened and served immediately at Amandio's Restaurant in Camihna, Portugal. Ruby red in color, with a reticent nose of strawberries, cherries, menthol, and flowers. Hot alcohol on the dry, austere finish. Somewhat disjointed, either going through a dumb phase or just not very good from the beginning. 85? points
The highlight was drinking this with Serra de Estrella cheese and homemade peach preserves.
