This is a port from Jose Maria da Fonseca & Van Zeller SA of Sao Joao da Pesqueira.

Young, soft, full of delicious blackcurrants. Lacking structure for long term aging but plenty for the medium term with the added bonus of being very enjoyable today. 86/100. Drunk 7 October 2010 after 24 hours decanting.
Top Ports in 2024: Niepoort 1900 Colheita, b.1971. A near perfect Port.

2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!
