apologies for the no notes, but the 77 dows was a standout, followed by the always powerful 85 fonseca, wow made the older vintages taste like tawnies.

What a great list.

I have to make do with the 1955 horizontal tonight. 1955 wines from Adam, the Factory House, Fonseca, Ferreira, Noval, Martinez, Gonzalez Byass, Taylor, Graham, Dow, Sandeman, Niepoort, Offley, Mackenzie and two others I can't remember.

Opened one of those Roze's 94 LBVs. it's day 4, burn is still there but flavors are fading. May have to take something else to a gathering tonight.
