Does anybody know where this can be bought in the UK? Have TFP released it yet?

It's unlikely that they will have released this yet. SQVP's from the big producers normally hit the shelves at 8-10 years old in the UK.

That’s a Symington thing (and only for some of their SQVPs); Taylor Fladgate Partnership SQVPs are generally released 2-3 years after the harvest, although they might not hit the supermarkets / high street wine merchants for a few more years.

Perhaps try ringing your usual merchant for Taylor wines and see what they say? I wouldn’t have thought getting hold of a case would be too much trouble.

I'm not sure what the marketing plans are for this - I expect the bulk will emerge in the supermarkets in 7-8 years time, but it may be available now through specialist outlets.

I did discuss the late release issue with Dom recently, and it's not a hard and fast rule. If someone wants a palletload early, they'll ship.

I've had the TV08 BTW - and was quite impressed. Well composed, nice to drink now, and probably one to mature relatively early.

It is released here, although here at the moment is Vancouver, BC. I had it TV08 yesterday. I've not seen it for sale in the USA though I know it is available and Adrian said yesterday, they'll be deciding on their 2009 VPs when they get back to Portugal.
