I do not know why none of us came up with this topic, but Ilkka, an extremely good guy from Finnland did: Its fortified friday today! What is not to like on this. He is promoting port now and needs some help with comments, so lets celebrate:

PS: I know Ilkka from last years Essencia do Vinho with Ray and yes here it goes again: Go there. Next year will be from Feb 16th to 19th at the Palacio da Bolsa in Porto.

I like fortified Friday, but equally enjoy fortified firsday too. And it would be entirely unfair on the other days of the week to leave them cold. How about fortified day?

And my old company had a group of about 20 who would celebrate "Thirsty Thursday" although not with port.
