IVDPs new president Manuel Cabral

Today is the first working day of the new IVDP president. His name is Manuel Cabral. Due to first hand information he is very well connected with the Douro (author of the book Territorios do Vinho) and he was the president of AREV (Assemblée des Régions Européennes Viticoles).
