Slightly cloudy. Colheita style VA on the nose, with lots of vibrant raisin, date and cinammon. Sweet entry with a nice balancing acidity; sweet and intense flavours. Lots of presence. A tasty aftertaste and lingering gentle finish. Delightful balance. 90/100.

An off bottle? I usually have this around 95 points and even stingy graders only occasionally drop it below 93.

Those who know me are aware that I sometimes excel myself when it comes to fancy, elaborate, overly descriptive note-taking. On this occasion I appear to have gone too far with my flowery nonsense in describing this particular Port, for which I apologise profusely:

"Tawny?"
