Manchester United v Coventry. League Cup. Wednesday 26.09.07

Post by Conky »

My Football Team is playing KillerB's in the lesser reknowned Domestic Cup on Wednesday. Surprising they've already sold 73,000 tickets, and Coventry have taken up their full allocation of 10,500.
Fergie has publically stated he will play a full team of youth and fringe players. Coventry are flying reasonably high in the championship.
No bets on this one, but United to sneak through. Possible Shock.

I spotted and it was less of a shock than most. When over 10,000 people turn up for an away game it tends to give a team a bit of a boost. I think the last time that we won at Old Trafford was 1987, in the FA Cup.

Lets hope you have a good run. I wanted my team to win, but it was 4th priority on the Trophy Count for the Season. I'll be happy to cheer Coventry on in the latter stages. If they draw the Dippers, I'll come and watch, and throw toilet rolls (Or similar!)!!!
