Soft rose colour. Nice nose, well balanced entry that is very flavoursome. This has a good underlying structure and a huge palate! Sharp acidity on the aftertaste and a very long, very delicious finish. Really very good tawny. 88/100. 10-Jun-12. Decanted 1 hour.
Top 2025: Quevedo 1972 Colheita, b.2024. Just as good as Niepoort 1900!

2026: Quinta das Carvalhas 80YO Tawny
