This morning I am on Pellegrino Tasting note on Vargellas Vinha Vella 1995 to follow. All I can say, I was emptied faster than all the wines last night, it was amazing, so is the hangover. Seeing your picture Allan made me look in disgust as I would trow so fast eating that this morning.

That is what is known as Black Pudding. A great British delicacy eaten mostly in the north of England. Basically, it is made from blood and guts of variouis animals. All the crap left over by the butcher made into a large sausage and then fried in slices like the one seen on Alan's plate.
Yes, I know what you are thinking - DISGUSTING !!! - and you are right. I never touch the stuff. It should only be fed to dogs.
