Very green rim, amber centre; 20% opaque. Salty, oxidised nose, with crushed pistachios and almonds. Sour and salty palate with very little fruit and an incredibly dry palate. Not attractive. No means of identifying this bottle, it was believed to be a venerable sherry or perhaps a dry madeira. (Labelled as bottle #4 at the tasting.) Not scored.

Nose very oxidised, farmyard, and candle wax. Palate very salty.
