Given that this site has not that many members, how have some posts attracted more than 6000 and 1000 views?

Well I've just given this 2 views, because having read it, I thought '6000!'.
went to find out which one,but then chuckled when I saw it was Julians Apostrophe Crimes!
You must meet Julian one day...all will become clear. But back on track, thats how it happens, on a popular Thread, everytime someone Posts something, it attracts a dozen or two views.

A lot of posts are coming from search engines too. Look at the most members to have been online at the same time, a non-sense.

Fred is correct, but the spread of automatic views will be more or less even across the entire site.
Conky is also right, you really do need to meet Jdaw1 to understand
