Because it's much more convenient to pull one cork rather than twelve. I also note that they only list SFE ports, any connection?

Nine litres is a fine size, though a mite bigger than is convenient for everyday home usage.

I only have two nine litre bottles - V97 and V00

Might be easier to find an excuse to open them than for my two 15L Nebs - V94 and W94... :P
