Nose of white berries of some kind. Quite sour and green. In the mouth, very very soft, sweet and gorgeous - a great example of what happens to aged Spätlese: creamy, fragile, delicately floral, with a ghostly finish, containing very soft, sweet spices.

Why this wine has the word 'trocken' in its description is a mystery.

I didn't take notes for this one. But if it was the one we had with dessert on the last evening it was really lovely.
