Hi and welcome to
This is a standard tawny Port produced by the company commonly known as Royal Oporto. The paper "Selo" that is under the wax capsule if of a style that was in use a few decades ago, perhaps the 60s or 70s. This style of Port is not intended to be aged in bottle so it is more than likely that the Port in your bottle is way past its best.
The bottle is of academic interest only and is of no real value. The best thing to do is open it and drink it. There is every chance that it will be an interesting and pleasant drink but it will not be of the quality you would find in a more recent bottling.

Yes, nothing special and not intended for long aging, but probably quite nice to drink still - when you open it you may find it a bit hazy in the glass, but don't let that put you off - enjoy!
