D+0h: some deposit in the bottle and in the tea filter that I always use, smells of blackberry and strawberry, D+1,5h: purple red, some bricking at the rim, smells of blackberry, forest ground and a little bit of barnyard, meaty, full body, dry, but not in a tart way, very smooth in the mouth, in the mouth blackberry and forest ground, in the aftertaste also blackberry and forest ground, good lenght (30 sec.), not overly complex, but a good claret
