It took just over two years for the IVDP to accede to my request to allow big bottles.

Those interested in such matters might enjoy comparing to the UK Debt Management Office (manager of the UK government’s debt), which has just decided no longer to create a temporary WI security, some 17.6 years after I first suggested same. It takes special skill to make Portuguese bureaucracy look speedy.

Now if only there was someone who monitored these posts and moved those which were irrelevant to port. Perhaps they could leave a line explaining that they have done this, in some other colour to differentiate it from the regular posts.
