Opened 16/6/2020 for Virtual Tasting #7

The first of a number of Private Cellar bottles (released 2015?), with new labels, cork and capsule.

Plain, unbranded capsule. Cork new and clearly branded, but a bit sticky so broke up when removed (my fault for rushing).

After 6hr decant...
30% opaque, very pale brick, almost tawny.
On nose, leather, cedar, liquorice, maybe some stewed red fruit.
In the mouth, the alcohol heat is in balance, very dry - no fruit, all secondary and tertiary characteristics. Long.

Ready and good to drink now, but no hurry.
