Hi Tom,
I’m listed as attending this but had asked to be put on the reserve list when the date changed. At the moment, I can’t make the new date so if I could be parked on the reserves that’d be great (I’m on holiday this week, so need to check when I get back what’s happened during my time off to see if I can come back down).
Thanks,

I am pretty busy next week and it’s unlikely that I’ll be able to make the tasting. If I can, it will be a decision taken on the day.

Please drop me to the reserves list and I’ll let you know at the last minute if there’s a seat still free which I can fill.
Both dropped to reserve.

One small snafu in the placemats. The first post mistakenly lists Ben R attending rather than Ben P, and this has carried through onto the placemats.
Thank you. Fixed, and other improvements. I’m keeping MC and AHB on the placemats, because it is possible that they might attend anyway.

Apologies Tom but I thought I had already said that I can't make it and have realised that I didn't. Actually saying it now.

Tom, given the few drop outs we've had would it be ok to boost the numbers? I have a friend or two who aren't members here who may well be very interested in joining us for this event.

Err…shouldn’t we go to the reserve list firstly-or has this been exhausted?

That's why I asked the question - normally I wouldn't suggest it as tastings are usually bursting at the seams!

We are of this moment, I think, with Zak unable to make it, only nine strong; so great opportunity to bring friends and relatives..

Sounds like Rich has a couple of potential additional guests.

I do but they're trying to shuffle plans at the moment so I don't have any positive confirmations yet.

@uncle tom I've dropped you a DM about this, have you seen it?

Tom, I'm happy to give you a hand setting up as I'll be in London and available from late afternoon. What kind of time would you want me to be there if you need a hand?

Thanks - I'm aiming for around 4pm, there's not a huge amount of work to do, besides pulling corks, we'll be free pouring

I am bringing two extra people, Rachel M. and Kyleigh L., met recently (as in, four hours ago) at a Spanish tasting.

Who is to print the placemats?

Ok great. I'll probably be a little later than that, but I'll be there between 4 and 5pm
